"Your positive action combined with positive thinking results in success" -Shiv Khera

The quote from Shiv Kehra often tells me that everytime you want to speak, you have to emphasize on two things. The first one is positive actions and the second is positive thinking.

Positive actions refer to the steps that you took each and every time you want to make a judgment, for all sorts of situations and issues. People have to know how to make wise judgments, they have to make sure that their valuation took into account for everything that could affect the society, and himself. In Malaysia, I would really love to highlight the issue of Perak Crisis 2009, when the Sultan at that time doesn't give the approval in dissolving the state legislative assembly. In my humble opinion, even that we know that the decision that he took is His discretion (at least this is what he thought), he forgets to put into account the people's perspective and rights in determining their leader in this democratic country. Eventually, the people were ruled by the leader that the majority didn't choose.

Yep, positive actions don't only lead to events like making your lover feels owned, but also in determining the continuation of a person's life.

Thinking gives you the allowance in making either good or bad decision. Thus, thinking positively is important in justifying that your next decision is the best of all. This includes their concern, dreams, sensitivity, passions and much more. Some might say that nothing comes bigger than your dream, but let me ask, what leads to a dream? The answer is your mindset or way of thinking. Jimmy Neutron from the Nickelodeon (it's a great cartoon, I can't lie!), is the champion in this. In every predicament, he would make himself think for them rest and think for the best. Like literally, even the situation is hard and seems to be impossible! There's one time when he needs to fight with The King Gogobot, he forced himself to think under a great pressure, which eventually he managed to trapped the king and won the fight. See? Thinking positively absolutely gives you the power to solve a problem! (I suggest you read this blog to know what positive traits really mean)

Ladies and gentleman, Actions and Thinking are no two things. If you want to do the first one, you have to think the latter one. By then it will be a success!

Uncle Ben from the Spiderman movie tells us that,

"With great power, comes responsibility."

So! Be responsible to yourself, treat the people nicely and spread the positivity!

Hudud (Sembang Roommate)

People always talk about Hudud. It became a largely debated issue, and put many persons into fear situation, including one who doesnt have anything to do with it.

 Hudud punishments only cover 7 types of offenses which are theft (saiqah), robbery (hirabah), adultery (zina), rape (zina bil-jabar), sodomy (liwat), accusing someone of adultery (qazaf) and drinking intoxicating drink. These respective offenses can be punishable with qisas (I kill you, your family kill me) and diyat. General offenses such as not performing Friday prayers, khlawat and indecent acts which carry the sentence of imprisonment and fine ( ta’zir).

  In Malaysia under List 1 (Federal list), Ninth Schedule of the Federal Constitution, “criminal law” is a federal matter and within the jurisdiction of the civil courts. On the other hand, “offenses relating to precepts of Islam” as provided in List II (State List), Ninth Schedule of the Federal Constitution are within legislative powers of the States and the jurisdiction of the Sharia Court.

  Among the offenses given under Penal Code, there are several offenses which are not to be found in the Penal Code or any federal law. In fact, they have been provided for in the Sharia Criminal Offences Enactments of the States. Examples are sexual intercourse out of wedlock, accusing another person of committing zina and offenses relating to intoxicating drink. It would be argued that those offenses are not part of the Federal criminal law. So, if those offenses were to be made under punishable with hudud and qisas punishments, that could be only done under a Federal Law as criminal law and not as “offenses relating to precepts of Islam”

  Even if it is done by the State Legislature, it cannot be made applicable to non-Muslims. The reason is that the Constitution only empowers the State Legislature to make a law to create offenses applicable to only Muslims. So if the State Legislature makes such law applicable to non-Muslims, the law is unconstitutional, null and void. Besides, Sharia Courts have no jurisdiction over non-Muslims. If the state Legislature were to empower the Shariah Courts to try non-Muslims, that law is also unconstitutional, null and void.

    Well, it's clear that the Hudud is something to carter the being of a Muslim. Wether it's to be implemented or not, it's your call to be made!

Ladies and gentleman, I'm Hirzan and I just love to talk about religions, cultures, thoughts, and everything that relates to the absolute, The Diversity.

So, let's talk!

Humans were born into numerous cultures and religions that were based on a belief. It's fantastic to know that we have like millions of beliefs in this world. We got Islam, Christian, Buddhism, Hinduism and the list doesn't stop there! The problem that we are facing now is the unacceptance of these different beliefs.

Dearest, it's never one's fault to have different beliefs, after all, there shouldn't have any compulsion in understanding, right? So, one's job is to accept the different beliefs and learn about the diversities themselves. This blog aims to educate the society on the differentiation that we have permeates all horizon, as maximum as we can!

If you look the world on a bigger scale, life has a lot of interesting elements to be offered! Sweetheart, you just have to look it with positivity!

Knowledge. Believe. Tolerance. and for sure, peace and happiness.😀😉
